To Place Your Order
Orders may be placed online, by phone, by fax or by mail. You may call in your order to our Customer Care Center at 1-8-SPLASH-881 (Toll Free!) Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Please have a valid credit card handy. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our products and assist you in placing your order.
If you want to fax your order, print out your "Shopping Cart" page and fax to 1-781-428-3008. Include your bill to and ship to address, and a phone number or email address where you may be reached. A valid credit card number and signature is required for all faxed orders.

Methods of Payment
Use our convenient payment options. Splash Super Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders, and personal checks. If paying by money order or personal check, please allow five (5) additional days for payment to clear before we ship your order. All returned checks are subject to reasonable penalty fees.
We are proud of our products and we offer them at the best delivered price. If you make a purchase at Splash Super Center and you find the same product online for less (including shipping and handling charges) than our online delivered price within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, we will send you the difference. Send us your request, with your original purchase receipt, plus a copy of the competitor's product page with the product price, the date and delivery cost to verify the lower delivered price. Our best price guarantee does not apply to bargain blowouts, limited quantities, private sales, auction sites (such as EBay, etc) or manufacturer's rebates.
A onetime handling fee of $8.95 will be added to the total of each order upon checkout.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unopened, clean and in resalable condition. To receive a refund all return requests must be initiated by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-8-SPLASH-881 (Toll Free)! A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the return package. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser and the original handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns without an RMA will result in your credit for that order being delayed or denied. Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment.
Please note that not all items may be returned. These items include: opened solar and winter covers, custom safety covers, pool liners, robotic pool cleaners, drop ship items (items not stocked), pool or spa chemicals and swimming pools.
Occasionally, an order may be received damaged in transit or may be defective in nature. If this should occur, please report the incidence to a Customer Care Representative at 1-8-SPLASH-881 (Toll Free!) within 24 hours. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the damaged/defective goods. Once the returned order is inspected and deemed damaged or defective a replacement will be sent out immediately.
We will gladly cancel any orders or back orders that have not already been shipped. Custom Orders (orders made exclusively for the purchaser) may be cancelled as long as the manufacturer has not begun production on that order and drop ship orders (orders shipped directly from the supplier) may be cancelled provided that the order has not left the supplier's warehouse.
