Shipping & Handling
Please note that it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our distribution centers. We estimate that your order will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days and will send an email with tracking information upon shipment. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Standard In-Stock orders will be shipped FREE out of our Massachusetts warehouse within ONE business day from the date the order is placed. After the item leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so that you may follow its delivery. Depending on carrier, your order may arrive sooner than shown in the map above. We also ship a small percentage of our orders via UPS SurePost or the United States Post Office which may add an extra day to delivery times. Please be aware there are also a number of factors that may influence the delivery time including the weather and holidays. While we try our best at Splash Super Center, unexpected demand may extend the delivery time during the busiest times of the year. If you have not received a tracking number or any shipping confirmation after the estimated shipping time, please feel free to contact us and we'll check the status of your order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES
A handling fee of $8.95 will be added to the total of each order upon checkout. Multiple shipments on the same order will be charged only one $8.95 handling fee.
SHIPPING FOR Standard in-stock order
Standard Orders (those orders that do not include items that are overweight, oversized or require special shipping regulations) will be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx and will be delivered between one and six (1-6) business days. UPS Ground delivers Monday through Friday. FedEx and USPS ground delivers Monday through Saturday. Orders may arrive in multiple packages and on separate days, depending on type and volume of product ordered. At this time, Splash Super Center does not offer any expedited shipping options.
SHIPPING FOR Drop ship in-stock orders
Drop Ship In-stock Orders (those orders that do not include items that are overweight, oversized or require special shipping regulations) ship from out supplier’s warehouse via Federal Express Ground directly to you. Please allow three to five (3-5) business days after your order has been processed for your order to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves their warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so that you may follow its delivery progress. At this time, Splash Super Center does not offer any expedited shipping options on drop ship orders.
Shipping Special OR CUSTOM ORDERS
Special or Custom orders are ordered for, or manufactured to, specifications exclusively for the purchaser. These orders will be shipped via Federal Express Ground directly to you from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Please allow seven to ten (7-10) business days after your order has been processed for your order to leave their warehouse. After the product leaves their warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so that you may follow its delivery progress. Please be aware that the delivery time may be extended during the busiest time of the year due to consumer demand. At this time, Splash Super Center does not offer any expedited shipping options on special or custom orders.
Shipping for Custom signature required orders
Certain items have special shipping regulations and require the customer’s signature at the time of delivery. These items will be noted in the shipping information tab located on the product page of the website. Your order should arrive in approximately one to five (1-5) business days, but please be aware that after three (3) delivery attempts the order will be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the original handling fee will not be refunded.
Shipping Motor Freight carrier orders
Some of our large and heavy items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier. You should expect your truck delivery within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. There is a four (4) hour window for delivery. A customer's signature is required and it is the customer's responsibility to offload and unpack the freight. All items requiring motor freight carrier delivery will be noted in the shipping information tab located on the product page of the website. If for some reason the order cannot be delivered or the order is refused a 20% restocking fee will apply and the original handling fee will not be refunded.
